MY OWN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Co-founded Resident Advisor.  Started with €1000 and organically grew the world's largest independent music media & ticketing platform to over 50 million readers a year with 100 full-time staff. After two decades as CEO, transitioned out of day-to-day operations to focus on coaching and mentoring.

  • Launched the world's first electronic music jobs board, Doors Open. A not-for-profit organisation that improves the equality of opportunities to help thousands make their passion their profession. Used by the likes of Spotify, Soundcloud, Live Nation and CAA.

  • Designed, developed and launched The Connected Man, a supportive and inspiring mens community that exists to help men show up in the world as more connected, compassionate and conscious men.

  • Created a transformative six-week self-leadership programme. Designed to help men live lives anchored in integrity, fulfilment and purpose — this course takes place twice a year.

  • Co-founded Beginnings - a music and arts festival built entirely on volunteer contributions. This inspiring community project reimagines what is possible when we create and collaborate from a heart-led place.

COACHING & MENTORING:

  • I am a qualified professional Transformational Coach.
    I studied at the Mindful Talent Coaching Academy. Learning from decades of coaching best practices, neuroscience, behavioural psychology and social studies, in combination with 20 years as a founder/CEO, has allowed me to create and deliver an empowered coaching program that supports powerful personal and professional growth.   • My training is certified by the Association For Coaching (AC). Established in 2002 the AC is a leading independent professional body with members in over 80 countries. It is made up of professional coaches, academic institutions, trainers and providers of coaching.
