Welcome. You are not alone, I too have felt all of these things. I’ve created a successful company and felt unfulfilled. I’ve felt that emptiness that can’t be made whole with buying new music, trainers or booking a holiday. I’ve overly attached my self-worth to professional performance. I've been heartbroken through divorce. I lacked the self-confidence to trust my inner voice. I’ve been afraid to be totally me in relationships.
